Keraton Kaibon

Kaibon name comes from the word 'mother'. The name is taken as Sultan Muhammad Raffiudin (last Sultan of Banten) to build this palace as a gift for his mother, Queen Asyiah. Kaibon palace is located about one kilometer from Mesjid Raya Banten. Palace area of 15,000 square meters has been destroyed over the General Deandels the Year 1813 and also by the Netherlands Tahun1832. today, the ancient walls, foundation, gates and main gate to witness the strength of Sultanate of Banten.
